This is a Kodak PartyStar Kodamatic instant camera.
It's an instant photo camera released in the 1980s, similar to Polaroid, where photos appear immediately after shooting.
Features include:

Kodak's instant film production ended in the mid-1980s, so genuine film is now very difficult to obtain, making this a difficult camera to operate.
However, it's a perfect camera for taking photos at parties and events.
Although it's new and unused, it's old, so the box has scratches as shown in the photos, and the instruction manual inside is folded.
